It all starts with an initial consultation. It is an opportunity for me to get to know you, and for you to get to know me. We will discuss everything from your current lifestyle, nutrition and eating habits, training history, fitness goals and obstacles to my Personal Training philosophy and programs.
Based on what I learn about you, I will create a plan that is tailored specifically to you and your goals. I will be pleased to teach you everything that you need to know about how to effectively use your body in order to achieve the sustainable changes you are looking for.
